I've been homebrewing (mostly mead) now for about two years. I just finished bottling a ginger mead and an orange spice mead. My elderberry mead is on the shelf to be bottled next. I also have a 5 gallon batch of Cyser (apple mead) that needs to be racked. I'm just waiting for it to clear so I can get it bottled too.
On the drawing board is a 5 gallon batch of maple mead. I have everything to start the batch except for the yeast.
