Just a quick update. I've racked the blueberry cyser, but I added 12 oz. of blueberries instead of 8 oz. I was also able to start a 3 gallon batch of ancient orange and a 5 gallon batch of maple mead.

So what I have going right now is:

1 gallon blueberry/apple cyser
3 gallons ancient orange mead
5 gallons cyser (apple mead)
5 gallons of maple mead

Now, what can I try next?
