Homebrew update:

1 gallon blueberry cyser: cleared and ready to bottle
3 gallons ancient orange: clearing, will clear in about a month
5 gallons apple cyser: bulk aging...this one needs to sit for awhile
5 gallons maple mead: still in primary
3 gallons chamomile metheglin: in primary, very active fermentation

The chamomile has clover and blackberry honey with the chamomile flowers so it's kind of an experiment.
